Very nice stay. Great location, walking distance to the main places in the city. Helpful staff and wonderful breakfast

Great location beside the bazaar. Quiet room. Triple room spacious enough. Only the lightning could have been better. Also the tap in the shower was not working. A note for people who plan hotel rooms: two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. And shower area should be closed so that all bathroom floor would not be wet after shower. A dry place in the bathroom is needed where to place your things. More hooks and rails fr drying towels+laundry is always welcome.

This hotel gets 10/10 for location, which is the most important factor. Easy walk to all the sites, you’re right in the middle of everything. Otherwise my room ( an executive spa) was quite entertaining- round bed. Huge jacuzzi which was lovely except it leaks. When the water drains it just bubbles up from the floor drain. The shower has very low pressure and the only lights in the entire place are strands of Christmas lights so you can’t see anything. Room dirty, and in bad repair. However given the location it was a great place to be

A trip to Skopje.

It’s not the first time that I have stayed here and that is the reason to return. A nice hotel. Big and clean in a good location for most Of the attractions in Skopje. I’ll stay here again the next time I return. Staff were very friendly and eager to please with a good command of the English language.

Exceptional Family-Owned Hotel.

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is decent, the location is perfect, and the rooms are spotless. However, the real highlight is the outstanding service from the family who runs the hotel—truly 10/10. The youngest son, Behar, was an incredible guide and a genuinely great person. Highly recommended!

10/10 Exceptional

Great location as within a two minute walk of the Old Bazaar and less than 10 minutes walk to Macedonia Square, which did mean it can be a bit noisy at night as the rooms weren't very sound proof and you could hear everything going on outside and in the corridor. The facilities were basic and the rooms could do with an upgrade, but it is a great location, good value for money and friendly staff, if you're looking for a good value, central location to stay in.

10/10 Exceptional

This is what I’d call a “wow” hotel. The staff was phenomenal from check in to check out. They even prepared a nice breakfast bag to go as I left at 1 am for the airport. The room was very nice with excellent WiFi. Next door to the hotel was the Old Bazaar for many shopping and dining opportunities. I met the son of the owner who was equally as impressive as he shared the long term vision for the hotel. They are growing and exceeding because of the exceptional staff at all levels of the organization. Congrats! Highly recommended without an exception

Basic, get what you pay for no luxury.

Decor a bit tatty, small duvet in a double bed that was quite hard & with lumpy pillows. Floor was laminate which was chipped. Safe in room was not secured to the wall & unusable. But there was a kettle & coffee sachets. WiFi worked fine, it was clean. No toiletries except soap in a dispenser. Breakfast had a good selection of average quality.

2/10 Poor

Mold

Staff was friendly and it was very close to the old bazaar, but that’s the only good things. Their pictures definitely don’t tell the whole story. Yes, our room had a big tub but you couldn’t stay long due to the overpowering smell of mold. The toilet seat was broken and we noticed the next morning that there were globs of someone else’s hair in the bed. Breakfast would keep you from starving to death but nothing more. It seemed that the milk in the coffee machine soured

8/10 Very good

The bed was really comfy, with a good duvet. I slept so well. The women were cleaning the stairs and moping the floors constantly. But my room had issues. The bedroom door handle was practically falling off. The safe door fell off when I open it. I reported it, as I didn't want to get billed for breaking it. I reported it, but the maintenance guy never turned up in the 3 days I was there. And there was mold in the bathroom on the blinds. You could smell it when you entered the bathroom. I had seen other reports about mold. The hotel must read these reviews and I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. Its a shame. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. But they need to address the mold issues. The cleaners must smell it too.

Centrally placed near both new and old part of the city. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Big rooms, but balcony had soft floor and was uninviting. But the rest was very satisfying. Good and plentiful breakfast.

Affordable accommodation with a central location right next to the old bazaar. The rooms need more maintenance, broken shower holder, very worn floor and very worn out bed. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient parking on site.
