Rude staff
The worst hotel experience in my life.
The staff was very snappy and rude. On the first day we asked for 2 extra pillows but the reception just looked weird at us and couldn’t understand why we would need that. He said that he would come up with them asap. One hour later and he came with only one pillow. The next day we were only given 1 towel but didn’t wanted to say anything given the past experience. In the last day we had 0 towels so we went down and asked for 2. Again we were met with a snappy attitude. The Wi-Fi was very bad and often you had to reconnect ( which took a very long time). At one time we accidentally stepped on wet floor and the cleaner shouted at us. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.
