The staff was nice. Themission of the historic building turns hotel, is to maintain a relaxing vibe, so no television, no refrigerator, no elevators. Climate control was efficient. A problem was with checking out and their confusion on how to handle a booking that is paid for through Hotels com. Supposedly, it is a new computer system and they'll fix it. So far I'm out close to $180 on top of the amount charged to my cc by Hotels dot com. I have brought it to their attention and will hopefully get it corrected and credited back to my cc, otherwise the hotel, and Hotel com will be hearing from me. Please rectify this issue
