It’s my first time staying at a Mandarin Oriental property, and it definitely live up to the 5 stars reputation.
We got a deal to the club room and splurge on the upgrade. The clubroom included breakfast, after tea, happy hour with hors d’oeuvres, and two pieces of laundry daily.
We took full advantage of the club lounge, and especially impressed with The personal services of the lounge staff. Stevie at the lounge was extremely attentive, even Remembering the drink of choice of one of our group member!
The buffet breakfast at Zest is impressive, Full of both western and eastern options. The staff was diligent, making sure all dirty plates are cleared off the tabled And drinks refilled despite busy breakfast service.
The room is immaculate, spacious, Modern, with beautiful Chinese accents.
The Bell staff are helpful, thank you Allen for Helping with my heavy suitcases, and calling for an extra van to take us to the subway. Thank you to the concierge staff to make sure all the packages arrived safely and delivered to the room.
The only downside is the Hotel it’s a little far from the nearby subway station(17 minutes walk), But there is a free hotel shuttle available on first serve basis that can take you within 2 km radius.
