From reading other reviews I had expected a smaller room. But the room was light and a good size - and I was pleasantly surprised.
Was at 2nd floor, window to the street. Bc it's close to the Hospital, you hear quite a bit of sirenes from ambulances, but I guess that's life in a big city like London.
The A/C was placed above the door facing towards the bed - that was a small downside, because it felt like it blew on you at night even though on low. But, yeah, nothing that ruined the stay, just a small note.
Breakfast was a big variety of many things. I especially liked that there were so much different fresh fruits. If I could have asked for anything, it would be different kinds of meat for the bread - if you are not a cheese person, it wasn't really exciting to take a "bun" (in Danish I would call it a tiny baguette).
Check in was easy (but would have loved for earlier than 3pm - without extra payment) and early check out (3am) just as easy.
Overall a very good stay and I would easily go back to this hotel next time.
The location was fine - took about 15 minutes to walk down to the marble arch. Close to the tube and Paddington station for both tube and trains.
