This place was so bad that although we already paid in advance we chose to get another hotel for our last weeks stay. We had no water the first two days! Then the water was only freezing cold and not even luke warm for our entire more then two weeks! The water only worked sporadically, if it worked at all. The manager James claimed pirates had broken their water line. On rare occasions when we did have water we had other neighbors who asked if our water was working because theirs was not. Their alternative was to give us a bucket and a kettle and we were expected to heat up our own water and use the bucket. There were cracks in the walls. Outlets were missing with exposed wires. The toilet never flushed. We resorted to use their bucket to pour enough water down the toilet to make it flush. The so-called pools were completely green and full of bacteria and algie for the frist few days. Then we found employees just dumping large quantities of chlorine in to make it look usable. It helped turn the top of the water blue but you couldn't see the bottom because it was still full of bacteria. It was obviously dangerous to swim in, to say the least. It should be fully drained and cleaned properly! The entire area was beyond run down. It was a hazard just to walk to the beach by the pools. Due to the fact that the slates in the sidewalk were broken and missing. Someone could easily fall and get injured or worse. Especially at night! The lights lining the sidewalks were all broken!
