Whether for short or longer stay, staff provides great environment to work and relax. Very easy to receive whatever needed, both inside hotel or delivered from outside. Things inside room function as expected with ease.

My room was very comfortable and quiet. The blackout curtains and comfortable bed make sleep very peaceful. Also, there is always fresh coffee brewed in the lobby.

10/10 Exceptional

Una experiencia excelente from start to finish. La limpieza del hotel es impecable, but what really stands out is the quality of the people. Desde la recepción hasta todo el staff, la atención es tan cálida y profesional que uno hasta se le olvida que está en un hotel. The environment feels comfortable, well-managed and very welcoming. Es perfecto tanto para grupos grandes como para personas que viajan solas por trabajo. Además, la ubicación es clave—right in the heart of Cali, con acceso fácil a todo. Highly recommended, de verdad que sí. — NY Music Group & Mr.Kano
