Fraudulent listing – uninhabitable property and false advertising
This listing is misleading and deceptive. The images shown in the advertisement are renders, not real photographs of the property. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the accommodation did not match the listing in any way.
Both units had no electricity, and one of the apartments was completely empty, with no furniture, no towels, no toiletries, and no basic amenities whatsoever. The unit was also dirty and covered in dust, making it clearly uninhabitable.
When we attempted to contact the host or property manager, they stopped responding entirely. The only person present at the location had no knowledge of the property, provided no assistance.
Additionally, the listing falsely claims that the property is located on a private beach. This is not true. Beach access requires driving to a third-party beach club, is not guaranteed, has a mandatory minimum spend, and restricted hours, which directly contradicts what is advertised.
As a result, we were forced to book another hotel immediately, lost an entire day of our trip during peak season, and incurred significant unexpected expenses.
This was not a minor inconvenience — the accommodation was not delivered at all. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this listing, as it represents a serious risk.
