Great location in Prizren! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms look good and are comfortable but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Across two room we had unclean toilet, forgotten towels, broken soap holders, running toilet and smell issues.
The breakfast was tasty and with a nice view, but be aware of indoor smoking.
Easy accessible and convenient on site parking.
