There is no tv in the room also AC is not working.Moreover no towel in the room and even the bathroom is quite dirty.

Decent rooms. Had booked this hotel for a night stay only. Near to Railway Station. You will have good access to taxi, auto. Part of the hotel is still under renovation. A full open window without any bars and latch is of security & safety concern. Anyone can have access to the room with this window. Staff are good and helpful

We booked this hotel online via wotif three weeks in advance from Australia. The hotel contacted us via WhatsApp on 2.41pm on day of check-in to inform us they would not permit foreigners to their hotel. Why use a global platform to promote your hotel if you don't yet have the license to accept foreigners? And why not contact your overseas guests sooner than the minute they check in? This was a terribly rude start to our stay after a long trip from Melbourne with two young kids.
Thankfully the owner realised I have an OCI and so allowed us to stay (even though the rest of our family have Australian passports).
Be sure to check with this hotel prior to booking to ensure you can stay with them- they are new and are still finalising their licensing paperwork etc.
If you're Indian, you will have a pleasant stay. After accepting us, the host was most hospitable and the room and facilities were fine.
