Oppholdet svarte dessverre ikke helt til forventningene man har til et hotell i denne kategorien. Ved ankomst var det ikke mulig å sjekke inn før presis kl. 15.00, selv om vi kun var litt tidlig ute. Rommet var et superior-rom med balkong, men komforten ble dessverre påvirket av at ventilasjonen slo seg av i løpet av natten. For å få frisk luft måtte balkongdøren stå åpen, noe som medførte tydelig musikk fra spaområdet gjennom natten, samt støy fra varelevering og lastebiler tidlig om morgenen. Helhetsinntrykket ble derfor preget av manglende nattero og søvnkvalitet.

Personale var simpelthen så søde. Lige fra rengøringspersonalet i elevatoren til receptionisten. Personalet ved middag var yderst hjælpsomme, venlige og meget løsningsorienteret. Hele oplevelsen var yderst eksklusivt. Et sted der virkelig kan anbefales. Det eneste minus.. hvis man skal komme med det ;) min mand savnede et boblebad:)

Dejligt sted, og vi kommer helt sikkert igen, men der er et par småting som trækker lidt ned. På badeværelset er der både almindelig belysning og spots, men selv Om der er spots er badeværelset så dårligt oplyst at man ikke kan lægge make up. Min kone måtte bruge et håndspejl og sidde ved sollyset for at lægge make up. Restauranten er fin og dyr, men bøffen var over cooked og pomfritterne druknet i salt, og tjeneren kunne ikke oplyse ingredienserne i salaten. Som sagt kommer vi igen, men spiser på en af de andre gode restauranter i Køge næste gang.
