Chambre non prête à l’arrivée et aucune assistance sur place. Les instructions d’accès par SMS ne suffisent pas en cas de problème. Après 30 min d’efforts, j’ai enfin eu un contact via un numéro trouvé par hasard !! Les personnes au téléphone n’avaient aucune formation en relation client ni en hôtellerie.
Le problème principal n’est pas la chambre, mais l’attitude de l’équipe : aucune excuse, suspicieux face à mes remarques, réponse très floue malgré photos envoyées. Très décevant.
