Stayed here via Hotels.com expecting a private villa, but on arrival it turned out to be a shared villa setup, which was not how it was advertised. That alone was a dealbreaker for us as it changed the whole experience (privacy and comfort).
On top of that, other guests were doing loud karaoke late into the evening and we could not sleep. We raised it, but it wasn’t properly managed.
After leaving, communication was slow and unclear. It took around a month of chasing to reach any resolution and we were only partially refunded in the end.
I would not recommend. If you book, get written confirmation that the accommodation is fully private (not shared) and ask about noise rules/enforcement before you pay.
