The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was incredibly convenient having everything on site, including a beautiful gym, a relaxing spa area for massages, and two stunning pools. The restaurant itself was also beautiful and created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating especially when it came to booking last minute tours. They really came through for us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Everything was a 10/10. The only thing I would mention is that the food at the restaurant was okay, I was hoping it would be a much better. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again!

My stay at Doromas in Las Terrenas was truly exceptional. The property is brand new, having recently opened in November 2026, and it absolutely shows in every detail. All of the amenities—including the pools, gym, spa, kids’ pool, paddle boats, and paddle courts—are state-of-the-art, impeccably maintained, and in excellent condition. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with brand-new beds and pillows that made for a very relaxing stay. Everything throughout the property was spotless, tastefully designed, and beautifully decorated. The elevators and facilities all felt modern, efficient, and luxurious. One of the highlights of the hotel is its stunning beachfront setting. The private beach area is peaceful and beautifully maintained, while the calm waterfront makes it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing by the ocean. The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially recommend stopping by to say hello to Antonio, the property manager from Costa Rica, who did an outstanding job making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of during our visit. Doromas is definitely a must-stay destination in Las Terrenas. We had an amazing experience and look forward to returning. Wishing everyone who visits as wonderful a time as we had.

The hotel is new and the quality of the accommodation is good. Internet speed is extremely low, even by third world standards. The cook top is sleek and modern, but some of the pans are not induction compatible!!! The bracelet that function as a key, is bulky, annoying and is not worthy of a high end hotel. Access to the hotel is through a 1.8 mile, narrow, busy road, without sidewalks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast could be better

We had a great stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The grounds are well thought out with beautiful pathways, pools and gorgeous gardens. The main restaurant where we had breakfast daily has an amazing view of the resort and the ocean and beach, which is just steps away. The included breakfast is really nice and any additions are very reasonably priced.The beach service was great and lounge chairs always available. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping service is impeccable. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and the service is excellent. What stood out was how the staff worked so well together to make our stay so pleasurable. The hotel is situated in a quieter section of Las Terrenas where you can walk for miles/hours along the many beautiful beaches and even see Mangrove trees if you venture far enough. There is a great Padel Ball court to be enjoyed. Yoga and Pilates classes were a wonderful touch just ask for the schedule at the front desk when you arrive. The staff arranged our airport taxi from Santo Domingo which was much appreciated and all the logistics worked well. This hotel comes highly recommeded. Check in process was a bit slow and somewhat confusing but pleasant staff made this glitch easy to tolerate.
