Bonjour, Nous avons eu d'énormes difficultés à trouver votre hôtel. Sur place, nous n'avons pas réussi à remplir les formulaires sur internet. Nous avons trouvé portes closes et personne pour nous renseigner et nous aider. Nous avons dû changer notre programme. Nous avions tout régler d'avance en confiance. Nous vous serions donc reconnaissant de nous rembourser l'intégralité de nos réservations pour les deux chambres au nom de Christian et Amaury BARTHE soit 226,80 €. Dans l'attente de votre retour,

Ce qui n'as pas été optimal c'est la communication entre Ebookers et l'hôtel. En effet l'hôtel était fermé à cette période mais cela n'as pas été considéré par Ebookers. Heureusement que j'ai été contacté le jour même et que j'ai pu trouver une autre solution.
