As always a fantastic hotel, probably amongst the best in Poland.
Just one thing seems to be an ongoing problem: The general ventilation system. It is extremely noisy, and it will keep many awake (or wake them up) during the night, in the rooms where the outlet from the ventilation is near the bed. It is silent for 10-15 minutes and then it starts for 5 minutes…. All through the night it is like sleeping on a railway station..
They should swich that general ventilation system off at night, and if any guest thinks it get too warm, every room has its own individual a/c which can be switched on.
I mentioned it - again - in the reception , and she promised to bring this to management.
I 100% sure will also book my next stay in Poland in this fabulous hotel, and expect the problem to solved at that time
