Checking in was very frustrating & not a pleasant experience at all. I was traveling with my daughter, but the hotel was booked by my husband, with his credit card. I had the credit card in my possession, but the staff wouldnât let me check in with it because it wasnât in my name. They said I needed a credit card with my name on it. I donât have a credit card with my name on it, Iâve never needed one, because this has never been an issue at any other hotel weâve stayed at. Furthermore, the room had been paid for at the time of the booking, so Iâm not sure what the problem was. It was a HUGE issue though, & my husband had to fill out & submit paperwork remotely & had a lot of issues getting it submitted. If we didnât have somewhere we had to be, I would have
