This is a great hotel and stands out for it's service more than anything else. Without the service and attentiveness from the staff, this could easily be a 4 star review for me but the staff is excellent. Even in the restaurant they accommodate special requests for food without hesitation.
In terms of planning, this hotel is not exactly in the main downtown but a little bit outside, their location is actually beautiful against the water and mountain backdrop. However the hotel has a shuttle service that serves the need. We tried the SPA and was generally good. Breakfast was average but for the Argentina standards (as we saw in other hotels), this can be called comparable. I just wish people would start using a bit more imagination for breakfast, if you are staying more than a couple of days, the breakfast will get very repetitive.
For people who are hiking, you can utilize the sneakers cleaning service from the hotel laundry section, but plan in advance as they need 48 hours.
