Cleanliness, hot water an issue
Carpets in the haIlways are dirty, with lots of dust and debris in corners. In my room there was dust/grime build up on the baseboards throughout the room, but especially in the bathroom where a glob of toothpaste from (presumably) the last occupant remained in the sink. Some of the fixtures seem to have been caulked to within an inch of their lives , while the soap dispensers were made of cheap metal that I thought would clatter off the wall each time I used it.
The shower water never got very hot either morning of my stay and the temperature went from tepid to cool as I showered.
The little sofa in the room was dirty and looked tired and old. We did not sit on it during or stay.
The bedcoverings (they were white) seemed clean.
Both mornings of our the coffee ran out at breakfast and guests had to locate the staff member to refill/replace.
Just a really tattered, depressing facility that is not being well maintained.
