Refundable deposits
- Deposit: AUD 200 per accommodation, per stay
Optional extras
- Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge (subject to availability)
- Credit card charges are subject to an extra charge of 2.5 percent
- Towels are available for an extra charge of AUD 3.00 per person, per night (or guests may bring their own)

- Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Guests under 15 years old are not allowed in the fitness facility, and guests under 12 years old are only allowed in the swimming pool and hot tub with adult supervision
