We were lucky enough to have the best butler assigned to us for our anniversary stay in the Colonial Club.
Alex is always smiling, she is kind, attentive, and excellent at providing an above and beyond experience while staying at this resort. She surprised us with little extras throughout the week, which made our vacation, and anniversary one of the best we have had. I would highly recommend her to absolutly everyone, and we will request to be in her company when we return.
Our room 3428 was 5 stars, it was clean, and beautiful... The food, especially the French restaurant and the steak house was of highest quality, and did not disappoint. The groundskeepers were continuously working hard to keep the resort and beach looking beautiful, 5 stars given to them for their hard work. We are sad to leave, but happy to return again,this was our third time visiting the Majestic Colonial.
