The location is perfect for exploring New York, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I booked two rooms for my Mom, both sisters-in-law and two of my nieces for an NYC weekend trip. It's not easy to find hotel rooms in NYC with two beds. The location is central with lots around and easy to access transportation; the 6 train is on the corner of the block. Madison Square Park is very close by for morning coffee walks. They enjoyed the hotel very much.

My first night in NYC

I arrived exhausted, and had a VERY important event to attend. I was able to take an excellent one hour nap in a nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed before I had to dash to my event close by. My shower was wonderful. Good towels etc…I Also took a long walk late at night and felt totally safe. Plenty of tasty food close to the hotel and all forms of transportation nearby. I would stay there again, budget allowing.

Overall a wonderful stay. Pillows were too soft and having a refrigerator would’ve been convenient and not have to throw out leftovers. Otherwise great bath products and clean and specious room. Wonderful staff and service even at Rosehill rooftop restaurant. Would stay here again.

The staff were helpful. The lobby had a few places to sit to relax or to eat a bagel from down the street. Free coffee and tea in the morning. The room was clean and the beds, while small for two people, were comfortable. My husband and I also enjoyed the rooftop bar one night. I would stay here again.
