Right on Clifton Hill, this property was in a great location to all the attractions and a 5 minute walk to the Falls. We arrived closer to 9pm as this was a last minute trip and there was only one room left available. I wanted something close to everything in Niagara, so this hotel was perfect. It's not anything fancy by any means. If anything, it was pretty expensive for what it was, but I suppose that has to do with how close it is to all the attractions. We've stayed in other hotels/motels in the area before and this was probably the closest we've been to the strip. The room was clean, a bit old fashioned and outdated but it worked for the one night we were staying. Beds were quite uncomfortable though as they were creaky and we could feel the springs underneath us. The curtains take a bit of maneuvering to make sure they fully close for privacy. Parking was $15 extra with stay, $20 otherwise if you're looking for close parking. There were plenty of pillows and towels provided. Shower could use a plastic liner to prevent water from getting outside the tub. Overall, decent stay.
