Located on the Costa Blanca, with spectacular views of the bay of Altea and the prodigious mountains of the Sierra de Bernia, where you can enjoy most of the year a warm and sunny climate. The property is part of a community of exclusive homes adapted to the environment and designed to fully satisfy your stay. (we have another villa exactly the same). The villa consists of a total of 486m2 of which 240m2 are closed housing and 246m2 terraces. The space is distributed in three levels, whose large windows give a clear and substantial lighting to the house. The first floor gives us access to the villa and the garage (large capacity for two cars), upon entering we find a splendid relaxation area to rest watching constantly lavish views of the sea and the mountains. The main floor is where the social areas of the village are located. We find in it a large area composed of living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with appliances and high-end kitchenware. The floor has a guest toilet and offers access to the fascinating terrace with pool and relaxation area, always accompanied by incredible views of the sea and the mountains. This floor contains the suite or master bedroom, which has a large integrated dressing room and a luxurious private bathroom with overflow bathtub and hydromassage shower column. Both continually in contact with the panorama offered by the glazed architecture. On the lower floor we find three double bedrooms, two of them give access to a terrace where you can observe, relax and imagine. It also has a luxurious and elegant bathroom. It should be noted that the villa has been built with the most innovative and cutting-edge construction materials and with the latest trends in interior design. As we can see, it has been constantly thought about the comfort of its users. As for security, the villa is located in a very quiet urbanization, with 24 hour security and recording systems throughout the urbanization of Altea Hills. The house has an anti-intrusive alarm system. The property has glazing with double insulating glass of security that includes solar filter, enjoys heating by underfloor heating, air conditioning hot and cold and is adapted for disabled since it has a lift with access to all its floors. The city of Altea is very well connected with the airports of Valencia (Manises Airport) and Alicante (el Altet Airport).
