Checkin in was my first bad experience here. My name is very common, but my first name is spelled with a K rather than the normal C.
I forgot to mention this at check.in, which prompted the receptionist to be very strict with me, when he did not immediately find me in the system.
We had booked a superior room, and we where quite surprised to find that the bed was a very small queen sized bed.
Other that that, the room was ok.
On the second evening, the firealarm rang. We proceeded to go down the fire staircase, from the ninth floor to the ground floor.
The door at the end of the stairs could hardly open, and the exit was not lit, and seemed to go into a very dark yard. No one else was there, so we went into the hotel, to find the reception and the main entrance.
Here we were met by - well nothing other - than "business as usual". I had to stand in line to the reception, to get a receptionist to tell me that it had been; "sorry it was just another false alarm"
Lets just say, I had a hard time sleeping after this experience, and I will never stay here again, after experiencing suck a lack of response to a firealarm.
This is how people get killed in fires...
