This was my 3rd say at this hotel. The prior stays, I was very happy with the outcome. This time I was not. There was 2 of us staying in the room which had one washcloth, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. The breakfast was poorly stocked (cereal with no bowls, and the next day no milk either) When I had to extend my stay a few days later, I was told to go back on Hotels.com which I did. While talking to the assistant manager about this, I ended up being charged $30. for an early check in, which I willingly paid. At that time I questioned when the towels would be changed, and was told they could clean the room and change all linens. When I left two days later that still had not happened. Their details show 24 hour front desk, when I questioned my early morning check out I was told to just leave the key in the room because no one would be there early in the morning. I left a day early and left a note on the counter that I had left etc, and requested a refund for the final days stay, including my email address. I did not receive any replies. I still have at least 3 more trips to that area over the next year, and very disappointed that I will now have to find another location to stay at.
