The ceiling leaked water, there were creepy crawly bugs coming out of the closet, duvet cover had stains on it when checked in,
Could not use the pool( weather was in the 90s) because the water was cloudy and trash was in the pool and on the cement around the pool. There was no one there to clean the pool and add chemicals.
I had paid for the room for 4 nights for friends who were visiting.
The manager offered a 10% credit which I accepted but I feel it should be much more due to the deplorable condition of the place.
