The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cold when we got there we called maintenance and they said it was an old heating system. The room warmed up after they did something, but then was too hot during the night and we had a hard time sleeping. They moved us into a different room the next day. When we took our shoes off and we’re walking around the room our socks got wet because the rug around the bed was wet. They said there had been some type of issue with the water. The room Was definitely not worth $200 a night. The only good thing was that it was close to the Baird Center and it had good food at the pub. They gave us credit for parking in the parking ramp, but when we left, we had to pay 38 more dollars because we were five minutes past the limit. The hotel was beautiful, but we would not stay there again for that price or really any price. And they couldn’t give us a refund because we booked it through a third-party.
