Bad service - clean and good hotel
The hotelroom was clean and the bed was great. But the service was not up to standard! The lady in the reception was not serviceminded at all. Barely any smile when we arrived. When we kindly asked questions she hardly answered, and made it seems like we were an inconvenience to her. We asked if she could call a cab for us, and she didn’t answer at all, just looked at the screen and started calling looking annoyed. Shortly after calling she waved us out to wait for the cab, without any information on when it would arrive or anything, and again, no smile. So we stod outside on a cold evening waiting for at cab for around 15 minutes until we felt like we had waited enough outside. This lady is not serviceminded or welcoming at all. However there was a man in the reception when we woke up, that was the complete opposition. Really kind and serviceminded - so our bad rating for the service is because of the lady.
