Excellent CS & Room details.
This is the second time I stayed there. The first time I got a room that was in great condition very clean: bathroom bed, furniture, bathroom etc. the room feels a little crammed in because is small for a King size bed, but it was nice for the price.
The 2nd time I stayed, I was assigned to a room that everything looked cleaned, but the shower looked like it had mold, the sofa-chair looked very disgustingly stained like it needed to be thrown out. They do have great CS and very sweet personal, so I kindly went back downstairs to requested for another room, without a doubt/extra charge, they immediately assigned me another one. The next room I was assigned it was clean & nice, but the sofa-chair was almost equally grossly stained. At this point I just didn’t say anything, because they were so sweet to accommodate me, I just did not use it.
I do recommend this place because they do have some nice clean rooms, they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & it is conveniently close to a lot of places like Hooters, Waffle House Zaxbees, Shell gas station, these are all within walking distance. The mall and other restaurants are all very close by with 1-2 miles away.
