Terrible Customer Service
The room was advertised as large enough to sleep 5 adults. I booked the room for me, my fiance, my 75 year old father, and my 13 year old daughter. We most assuredly needed 3 beds. There were two queen beds in the room and only two bath towels. No hideaway bed or anywhere else to sleep. Absolutely NOT enough sleeping room for 5 adults. I requested to speak with the manager twice and no one ever attempted to get back to me. I requested more towels, never received them. Front desk seemed annoyed that I was complaining about only two bath towels for 4 guests. It wasn't until I checked out that I was finally able to speak to the manager. She told me there was nothing she could do about what Hotels.com has listed on their site. Absolutely ZERO accountability and 100% lack of care. Trashy customer service.
