We send a complaint to the resort, without ever reciving a response!
The claims:
Power outages for half a day, for at least our wing on the 8´th floor – the answer was “it will come back”.
Power outages in our bathroom for an additional half a day, where the response from the belldesk the next morning was that we just had to “reset the power our self” – I have no idea how we as regular guests was supposed to know how to do that.
One day with no cleaning and no changing our towels – response from the belldesk was that we should ask the cleaning crew for new towels, I am not sure how we were suppose to find them if they weren’t in the hallway.
Substandard cleaning, we are not saying that there was no cleaning but 3 days after we had Chinese food in our room there was still a fortune cookie laying on the floor – response from the belldesk (once again) was for us to tell the cleaning crew, that is not our job to do!
Paying the Resort fee upon checkout was not possible to do in cash, neither was it possible to address the things we was dissatisfied about.
Also Resort fees are covering amenities as pool, gym, internet, ect. – pools were closed, we were never introduced (nether were we going to use) to the gym and the internet was not necessary for u
