We arrived without any problems, and got checked-in right away, as we had done the pre-checkin from home.
Staff was smiling and serviceminded just as reviews said.
They've had a water leak, which meant that 50% of the elevators was out off order, which is just how it is sometimes.
Nevertheless for the first 2-3 days we waited for more than 20 minutes on an elevator (going down) every single time, and had a few times walking down from 27th floor just because we got tired of waiting. We mentioned it everytime to the staff, that we heard the elevators passing our floor.
After day 2/3, I started pressing the 'up' button, and in 99% of the rides we got the elevators going up within 4-5 minuts. And on nearly (besides two) every ride there was staff/workers using there master key to go straight to the the ground floor (thereby passing all the waiting floors on the downtrip). Redicules!!!!
The hotel room was clean, the door to the toilet is a sliding door with spacing, which means there is no privacy going to the toilet what so ever.
The room door kept 'klicking' due to wind in the hallway, this only due to bad installation/adjustment of the door. The door has absolutely no soundproffness, which meant it sounded like people was in the room day or night.
I kept mentioning this to the staff, to at least fixing the clicking. without any luck.
If you like sound privacy, dont go there.
Looking forward to a complete nights sleep, after a weeks stay there. :-(
