Normally not a Hilton fan but this is truly an exception. We picked the hotel for the location, which is ideal for a weekend stay. What really made it different was the very high quality of staff, everywhere! Starting at the reception, Mellini welcomed us in a manner that boded well for the weekend. Having checked in to our room, with a great view over the water and bridges, we went to the executive lounge for drinks. Once again greeted by smiling and friendly hostesses, we enjoyed very good hospitality. The following morning, Chelena greeted us in the breakfast restaurant and provided outstanding service and attention. Complimented by the best omelet maker we have met over hundreds of hotels, Banjo was the miracle of the morning. Suffice to say that the service at the bar and restaurant was equally excellent. And yes, the hotel is very clean all over, with very well kept restrooms. Truly a rare hospitality experience, for which management and staff alike deserve the utmost credit.
