This particular Quality Inn was not Quality by any stretch of the imagination. Our first floor room had a dirty, stained old tub, and the room was run down. For most of the night, there was constant thumping foot traffic, and people hanging outside our door smoking and carrying on. I discussed this with the front desk person, and they moved us to a second story room in the main facility building, rather than on the outer fringe where we had been. When we got to our second story room, the door was stuck shut, because the door jamb strike plate was jamming against the door. Then we tried the shower, and it was non-functional. We had a hard time opening the door just to get out. I had to use all my strength to pull the door open. We went back down to front desk person and finally got a normal room where everything worked. I have never written a bad review of any Expedia listed property, because the three star rating corresponded to the type of facility you would expect. This place barely deserves a one star. Whoever is running this particular facility is letting it fall apart and does little or no maintenance. Expedia should strike this facility from their list,contact Quality Inn and let them know that this facility is terrible. The staff did the best they could, but, they are in a loser motel. I was not the only one complaining about the facility. I witnessed other unhappy guests at the front counter. Bottom line: go somewhere else
