Comfortable and cozy beds, cute condo. It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see.

"This was a bait and switch. The photo of the high rise building on the water is NOT where you will be staying!!!! The exterior photo of the “condo” is not provided. Only interior photos are shown. The inside of the property is “ok” but the location and exterior is awful! It is no where near the water. It is located in a shady neighborhood, far away from everything. "Needed a room close to Raymond James Stadium. Great value. But, at 7.5+ miles away, in traffic it was sooooo far away.
Bathroom sink emitted a sulfuric avoid accent like rotten eggs; alerted the front desk-- see if it gets fixed.
Breakfast was ample and typical but eggs were dry and overcooked.

"Clean - friendly staff - very good breakfast
Across the street was multiple bars/venues that were very crowded and noisy with loud music playing. significant police presence ensured safety, but a bit annoying none the less."

"It's an excellent visit every time we stay here. First step inside & you'll first notice how fresh it smells. Rooms are clean & comfy. Nothing I would change!! Staff is more than amazing. The restaurant food is superb & we love both bars at the hotel. Nice to have a bar by the pool. Staff brings food & drinks right to you. We enjoyed the pool time, too. Overall, 5 stars+. Looking forward to our next stay. "
