On the 9th of December 2022 we booked via your site our accommodation for our trip in Miami, to the Ocean Front Casablanca Studios with FULL KITCHENS & Beach access By BL Rentals, Miami Beach
The description, the pictures and the total hotel overview provided by you were very attractive. However we have to say that we are very disappointed with all the discomforts that have been provided. (room 417)
First of all we faced serious problems with wi-fi. From the front desk we have been informed that each owner has to provide a private wi-fi. The owner informed us that there isn’t any private wi-fi. The central connection from Casablanca was too slow and was not possible to work on it. That was a reason we had to go to cafés or restaurants in order to work aboard, with consequences to our business.
The personal in the front desk was seen to be bothered doing their job. No willingness to be happy and polite.
There were no umbrellas neither in the pool place, nor in the beach. The sunbeds in the pool were nailed to the floor, so that we haven’t any possibility to stay in shadow.
The tap we used to wash our feet from the sand going from the beach to the pool are was very old and had a hole, so that not only our feet could be washed but our sunglasses as well.
The bottom of the pool a long time without maintenance, so that parts without insulation color.
The roof of the lobby, that means our view from the room, was too dirty, every time
