Nice, modern hotel. Good room. The overwhelning impression, however, was the check in. A world wide computer problem is not an excuse for rooms not being ready for occupancy at 5 pm. Computers don’t clean rooms. Staff does. A two and a half hour wait in a crowded reception resulted in a compensation of a bottle of water for each person.
At breakfast they had one person servicing food and coffee to the buffet in a full restaurant.
I am sorry but Home2 fails.
