We stayed at the hotel for two nights on our holiday on Mallorca. The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, the room was clean, and it is worth a stay. But we booked a room with balcony and seaview through hotels.com, and even though we had it in writing (english), on e-mail and the app, and mentioned it at check-in, the hotel gave us a smaller and cheaper room. The hotel didn't not offer compensation of any kind. They said they understood why we were disapointed, but nobody did anything about it, even though the particular rooms were available. They even told us, that we could upgrade to the seaview rooms for an extra fee. Make sure that you get the type of room you have booked.
