We had a 80 sqm large apartment in the adjacent building - it has a large living/dining area and a huge bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sleeping couch. The best thing about this apartment is the huge balcony (facing the inner quarters). Comfort is not a high priority, but the simple place is more than fine for a few nights. The reception is in the hostel area, busy with lots of young folks and backpackers, and the staff is polite and helpful. The area is worse than I imagined before coming here - people literally do drugs right outside the front door and at night strip club owners and women try, very aggressively, to get you into their business.
