Poor breakfast, never fresh. Had to change rooms because of noise and dirt, and we had to ask for toiletpaper EVERY day. Also, we had to get the bathroom floor cleaned as the paper turned dark brown when we wiped the floor after showering. No hot water for 2 days. The worst thing though, was that we got charged for one extra night upon check out. Because the breakfast was late to open, we didn't have time to argue more than 10 minutes – and had to pay too much, in time to catch our flight. After 3 weeks, Hotels.com finally succeeded to get our 100 euro back, the hotel refused all along and ignored our complaints. Please don't stay here. I am not just an upset tourist always complaining, this hotel really ruined my trip to Casa.

Ps. One positive thing: close to tram. But that's it!
