Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff.
We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." It probably was but in a 1 or 2* hotel. To say it was a tight squeeze is an understatement, there was only the 2 of us but we struggled to squeeze between the double bed, table, chairs, fridge and tv. There was no kitchen so if self-catering is what you are looking for think again, there wasn't even a kettle! The bathroom was also small and the shower kept flooding. We had one set of towels each to last us 5 days, I'd definitely recommend taking your own.
The park itself was lovely, set in a beautiful location, however, there were times we felt like prisoners. I had to leave a 20 Euro deposit just to get my passport back. There were security guards everywhere and if you weren't wearing the mandatory blue wrist band then you could not get in.
The park leads to the beach and it is a short walk to the "square" where there are a couple of restaurants and nightly entertainment, which was a saving grace.
Overall, very disappointing.
