Nice hotel in a great location
Stayed 17 nights as a female solo traveller and felt very safe and well taken care of!
Hotel staff is very nice and helpful with recommendations, tips and tricks for your trip in Seoul (and other parts of Korea). I loved how they would also ask about my day and we had many great conversations (which was nice, when you're otherwise vacationing alone).
Room had a decent size with a big bed, tv and a minifridge with water. Aircondition worked perfectly and was easy to use. Good waterflow in the shower and lots of channels on the tv.
The area is filled with restaurants and small shops in Ikseondong. It can be noisy outside, but I didnt hear anything in my room. Fun to walk around also at night. Very close to subway station (Jongo3(sam)-ga exit 4/5) with line 1-3-5 and busses.
I had a great stay at Biz Hotel. The outside look might be a bit worn-down, but don't let it scare you off. It'll make a good base for while you're exploring the city :)
