I am not hard on hotels but when I get there the first night and see a dried moth on the wall, my sheets were stained and I killed some bugs crawling by my bed that is not a good start. I tried to remove the moth, advised the front desk about the sheets and bugs. They changed the sheets, never came to remove the dead moth or did a thing about the bugs. I had to be there 5 days so I was like ok. Next day my mother goes to make her coffee in the room and behold another bug in her coffee. I told someone else at the frint desk and she seemed so concerned and said someone would talk to me...never happened. It is sad when I pay for a room for 5 nights, have the ussues I had and no one addressed it as I was advised they would. I will be filing a complaint . It is sad because I had a lot of family that I had book over the Thanksgiving weekend so yes we spent a nice amount of money, but after this episode when we do decide to meet up for the next family affair, it will not be with a Hampton Inn. Very disappointed, but thanks to the one hiusekeeper who came and changed the stained sheets she was quick and efficient.
