The check-in & check-out process was pretty easy, which was appreciated, our room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 people comfortably which was a plus. We enjoyed the fact that parking was secured with a gate, the pool was indoors, which was appreciated even more since the weather was unfavorable to being outside majority of our stay. There were very few issues during our stay, however they were ones that were just plain out annoying and didn’t make sense. Upon arrival to our room, there were only 2 sets of towels, rather than 3, even though it states there are 3 ppl in the room. I called to request another set and was told that they wouldn’t be able to bring any extra until the morning. The morning came, and no 3rd set of towels, nor had the old ones been replaced after housekeeping came & left. We had to request towels again, and this proceeded to be an issue until the last night of our 3 night/4day stay there. The A/C unit also stopped working after maintenance said they were just replacing the battery in the thermostat, but it was resolved by the time we returned to our room after going out.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, and reasonably priced considering the duration of our stay and the amenities. I’m willing to stay here again, but please do better with the quality of service, and preparedness of basic essential items to accommodate your guests.
