The ambience of the hotel is amazing, the room was great with Sauna and a hot tub as expected based on the booking.
Unfortunately, the concierge took them around 1.5 hrs to send our room our handbag. As a gesture, the receptionist committed to send some snacks as complementary which we never received.
In addition to that, we tried to use the pools for our baby, but it was cold for him. So, we said we will fill in the hot tub. Here is another surprise. The first water came out was reddish, due to some rust. But I managed to clear it out. You think you can adjust the temperature of the water, think again. The maintenance told us that they need to open the tub to adjust the water valves. We asked them not to, as we are staying for 1 night. We added some cold water via water bottles just to bring it to acceptable range for an infant.
Finally, we wanted to watch Netflix on the TV. Even though it was equipped with a Chromecast, we had to ask IT to come and reconfigure the Chromecast as it was not working. It took them more than half an hour to come and try to fix it. These issues are understandable, but when you clearly inform the helpdesk not to ring the room's phone as our baby was sleeping, they kept on calling the room instead.
They even called us for service that we didn't even ask for, stating that someone was waiting at the door. But no one was there.
