I was really hopeful for this one, the apartment looked great, we booked for 4 people and when we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed whatsoever, and the bathroom didn’t have a door. DO NOT take apartment B1!
That first night was awful, when they got us replacement covers they didn’t have any covers so got us sheets. And then the next day they sent a video showing that the covers are hidden beneath the master bed. Even their own helper that came in the evening with the sheets didn’t find them. The bathroom situation is so awkward. It’s in the middle between the room and the living room area, so if you want to go to the bedroom and someone is in the bathroom , u would literally be walking in on them.
They wouldn’t partially refund us for that night even.
The next day they let us move to a normal apartment B2 was fine.
But when we came to come in in the evening, the code that opens the door wouldn’t open, we had to call the help line and it took us 30minutes for him to finally walk us through the reset situation and find a spare key.
Other than that the place was very nice, the help service were nice, but such unfair owners, that wouldn’t partial refund us for a bad night spent the first one.
