Baseball trip
Staff was amazing, from check-in to breakfast to custodial. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful! Room was clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, but seems standard in hotels these days. Breakfast was standard fare but was good. Breakfast area was clean. Gabby was working her tail off! Only problem was that as we were ready to check out, the elevator wasn’t working. Easy enough to get to and from the places we needed to go. We will stay here again when in the area.

Room was adequate. The feont desknpersonnel was very slow and appeared unsure of the policy process. Received checknout text after i had already checkdd out and when trying to complete kept getting a failed to checkout error. Also had a mentally disturbed man on property for 25hrs. Was okay, was on the very top floor. So the elevators were down. Had someone being so loud out in the hallway at 1:45 a.m. several times I’ve had to call the front desk to inform them about this gentleman, being very loud while others are trying to. Law-enforcement was involved in this matter due to the person being very loud.
