Great property and location - rooms could do with a bit of maintenance, but nothing major. The service on the other hand is inconsistent at best. Our room was not serviced for 3 days, we called 3 times to request service, and only a visit to reception partly rectified the situation. The cleaning staff claiming we had turned down the service of our room, they never appeared. The valet changing the car seat settings, so when I get back in the car hurt my legs. They all seem to be thinking about doing anything else than being present and providing service to this nice property. Oh and don’t go to the free beach, unless you are ready to pay for services there - not mentioned by the concierge. We have at this point travelled US for 30 days, west to east coast, and not come across anything as bad service as this, even in much cheaper and lower rated properties.
