During my second day at the hotel, I saw a cockroach crawling on the table in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager, Dan, immediately took care of the situation. Without asking too many questions, he upgraded our room and offered a complimentary breakfast for one day. The new room had a strong odor, and the heater wasn’t working, it was extremely cold. I told Dan I didn’t want to change rooms again because it was becoming overwhelming. He quickly provided a portable heater and continued to check in to make sure we were okay.
One of the housekeeping staff also noticed the odor issue and kindly offered to deep clean the room to remove the smell. She made sure to keep it fresh every day. I truly appreciated her efforts.
The service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted guests with a smile. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel because of the incredible service from Dan and the team, and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family.
